Deirdre O’Connor is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. She practiced Naturopathic Medicine in Mystic, CT for over three decades where she was the founder and former Clinical Director of Natura Medica – The Center for Natural Medicine. Deirdre is delighted to continue to share the healing power of Nature through Forest Bathing where Nature and our true natures come to know one another.

MJ is a guide trained and certified by the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy Guides & Programs. She is mostly retired from over 15 years of climate advocacy, but continues to advocate for protection of our climate, forests and oceans. Guiding participants in nature and forest therapy walks allows for all of us to spend more time outdoors while savoring the practice of slowing down and deepening our relationships with ourselves and our surroundings.
